June is here, and summer is in full bloom at RÊVE Boulder! We have a few exciting property enhancements underway as we continue investing in our community spaces:
Lobby Upgrades: The Building 3 lobby doors are being replaced with premium, industrial-grade storefront doors over the next couple of weeks.
Green Thumbs: A quick reminder that our Community Gardens are officially open and active! 🌸
Building 4 Refresh: Reconstruction has begun in Building 4, with the goal of having all hallways freshly recarpeted by the end of Aug!

June 14th - 🧘♀️ Yoga on the Pool Deck ✨
Start your Sunday morning right! Join us on June 14th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am out on the pool deck for a refreshing, all-levels yoga flow. Bring your mat, soak up the morning sunshine, and find your center before the week begins.
June 20th - Summer Deck Party🍹
Get ready to kick off the season at our Summer Deck Party on Saturday, June 20th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We are working behind the scenes to pivot our location since the pool heater is currently down, but we promise the vibes will be just as bright. Keep a close eye on your inbox for the official location reveal coming soon—we cannot wait to celebrate summer with you!

Our recent resident Ice Cream Social was one for the books! From the delicious flavors to the amazing company, the afternoon was pure sweetness and so much fun.

"I lived here for 6 months and had a really great experience overall. The apartments themselves were nice, maintenance/service was always prompt, and the management team was honestly the best I’ve worked with.
What stood out most was how accommodating and supportive they were during a stressful situation with the house I purchased. I had already given notice to move out, but unexpectedly needed to stay longer, and they immediately worked with me to figure out a solution. They were flexible, kind, and even helped arrange a payment plan, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders during a difficult time.
They made both the move-in and move-out process incredibly smooth and easy. It’s rare to find a management team that is this responsive, understanding, and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this community to others."

Summer nights in Boulder are about to get magical! We are incredibly thrilled to announce that RÊVE Boulder is partnering with the iconic Colorado Shakespeare Festival as it returns home to the newly renovated, historic Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre. A local tradition for nearly 70 years, this season features an extraordinary, world-class lineup running from May 30th through August 2nd. Gather under the stars just minutes from our community to enjoy this summer's highly anticipated productions:

Julius Caesar (June 13 – August 2)

🐾 Meet Our Adorable Pet of the Month: Birdie! 🐾
Say hello to Birdie, an 8-year-old French Bulldog with one iconic blue eye and an unmatched stubborn streak! Two years ago, she traded the Steel City of Pittsburgh for the beautiful Flatirons of Boulder, and she’s been running the show at RÊVE ever since. 👑
When she’s not busy being a protective big sister to the tiny human in her apartment, she’s usually working hard at her favorite side hobbies: barking at the television and alerting the entire block whenever another dog walks by. 📺📣
If you see her trotting around the complex, feel free to say hi—just know she might have a lot to say back! Congratulations, Birdie! 🏆✨
