    RÊVE Boulder is managed by the North Coast Living property management team. Our friendly professionals take care of leasing and maintenance, and do their best to help you "Live Well" each and every day. Meet your RÊVE team here.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
    Saturday: 10am-5pm
    Sundays: Closed

  • Is RÊVE Boulder environmentally friendly?

  • What kind of dwellings are offered?

    RÊVE Boulder offers a total community with something for everyone, including micro, studio, apartment, townhome, and live/work residences. It is the perfect combination of natural surroundings and comfortable living.

  • What kind of parking is offered?

    Covered parking spaces in our garage are $150.00 per month per vehicle.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We are proud to be a pet-friendly community with exclusive amenities for our furry friends, such as a pet spa and private dog park. We accept up to 2 animals per apartment. The pet deposit is $150 per household, and pet rent is $35 per month, per pet. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

  • What enhancements does RÊVE offer residents with disabilities?

  • What are the amenities?

    The RÊVE community offers residents an outdoor year-round heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, game room, courtyards, ample parking, BBQ area, and nearby natural walking/jogging paths. Learn about amenities here.

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $57.90 per person for non-subsidized applicants and $51.90 per person for subsidized applicants *charged within 24 hours after application approval has been given. The deposit is $500, and there is a holding fee of $200 due within 24 hours of application approval that goes towards the security deposit.

    A non-refundable admin fee of $150 will be due at time of move-in.
