Does RÊVE Boulder currently have any move-in specials running?

What are other utilities and fees not included in the base rent?
Mandatory Fees: Electric (varies based on usage), water/sewer (varies based on usage), Trash $15, Valet Trash $24, Package Delivery $14, monthly utility administration fee of $3 per unit, and renters insurance (varies based on provider and plan selected).
Optional Fees: Pet Deposit $150 (refundable), Pet Rent $35/pet/month, Annual Pet Screening Fee $30/pet ($25/pet if paid by ACH), Garage Parking $150/vehicle/month, Storage Locker $15-$25/locker/month, Renter’s Insurance AssetProtect Plan $11.66/month, Renter’s Insurance Comprehensive Plan $16.42/month, Latch Keycard $20/card.
Situational Fees: Transfer Fee $500, Gap Insurance $8.66/month, Late fee 5% (base rent), Lease Violation - Variable, Legal/Eviction Fee - Variable, Returned Payment Fee (NSF) $10, Early Termination Fee- Equivalent to one month's rent plus concession payback.
How do I apply?
In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $57.90 per person (over 18) for non-subsidized applicants and $51.90 per person (over 18) for subsidized applicants *charged within 24 hours after application approval has been given. The deposit is $500 on approved credit and equal to one month's rent on conditional acceptance.
A non-refundable admin fee of $150 per unit will be due by second month's rent.

Do you require renters insurance?
Yes, we require renters to be insured. You can either use RealCoverage's comprehensive plan starting at 16.42/month, or your own third-party renter's insurance. If neither option is desired renters are required to at least have RealCoverage's AssetProtect plan at 11.66/month.

RÊVE Boulder offers a total community with something for everyone, including micro, studio, apartment, townhome, live/work residences, and a furnished guest suite. It is the perfect combination of natural surroundings and comfortable living.

What is the pet policy?
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community with exclusive amenities for our furry friends, such as a pet spa and private dog park. We accept up to 2 animals per apartment. The refundable pet deposit is $150 per household with an annual pet screening fee of $30 per pet ($25 per pet if paid by ACH payment). Pet rent is just $35 per month, per pet. No fish tanks allowed. What kind of parking is offered?
Covered parking spaces in our garage are $150.00 per month per vehicle.
What is the Neighborhood EcoPass Program?
The Neighborhood EcoPass Program (NECO Pass) increases access to transit, lowers single occupant vehicle use, saves money and enhances community relations. It is an annual transit pass purchased by residents or a neighborhood organization for all members of participating households. This smart card pass provides each participant with one year of unlimited travel on all RTD local, regional, airport bus and light/commuter rail routes, except for special services including Access-a-Ride.

Do you have any guest suites?
Yes! We currently have two furnished guest suites with access to all community amenities.
- One Bedroom: Nightly charge of $129 a night with $120 cleaning fee.
- Townhome: Nightly charge of $269 with $225 cleaning fee.There is also a parking fee if needed. Call the leasing office for more information!

What are the amenities?
The RÊVE community offers residents an outdoor year-round heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, game room, courtyards, ample parking, BBQ area, and nearby natural walking/jogging paths. Learn about amenities here.

How much does it cost to rent the clubroom?
The rate to rent is $500 for 5 hours and there is a $150 cleaning fee.
Do you have storage units for residents?
Yes, storage units costs $15-$25 per month.
