July is here, bringing sunshine, community, and a full calendar of summer fun to our community! From Fourth of July celebrations and resident events to neighborhood happenings, World Cup excitement, and our annual Summer Digital Food Drive, there’s plenty to look forward to this month. We hope you’ll join us and make the most of everything July has to offer.
July Resident Events
July 9th -Grab & Go Breakfast!
Set your alarms! On Thursday, July 9th starting at 9:00 AM, we are serving up delicious Nopalito's Breakfast Burritos right here at RĚVE Boulder.
Whether you are heading out to work, hitting the trails, or working from home, swing by to grab a hot burrito to fuel your morning. We will be serving them until supplies last, so make sure to get here early before they are all gone!
July 19th - Saturday Morning Pool Deck Yoga
Start your weekend with a breath of fresh air! Join us on the pool deck on Sunday, July 19th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a relaxing morning yoga session.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this class is the perfect opportunity to stretch, unwind, and soak up some sunshine with your neighbors. Just grab your yoga mat, a water bottle, and meet us by the water to kick off your day with great energy!
July 29th - Paint & Sip in the Clubhouse
Unleash your inner artist! Join us in the Community Clubhouse on Wednesday, July 29th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for a relaxing afternoon of painting and sipping.
We will provide all the supplies you need to create your own masterpiece, along with some refreshing drinks to keep the creativity flowing. No prior art experience is required—just bring yourself, a neighbor, and your favorite artistic vibes for a fun, laid-back afternoon!

Boulder Fourth of July: What to Do & Where to Go!
Independence Day is just around the corner, and Boulder is packing the holiday weekend with plenty of vibrant local spirit right outside your front door at RĚVE! You can kick off your morning actively with a flat, fast 4K run at the Avery Brewing Co. "4K on the 4th" complete with a post-race party, or enjoy a more leisurely pace, stocking up on fresh snacks and goods at the historic Boulder Farmers Market. Later in the evening, grab a blanket for a spectacular, patriotic "Arts in the Parks" outdoor concert at the Glen Huntington Bandshell featuring the Boulder Symphony. Of course, if you want to keep things simple, you can always spend a relaxing afternoon hiking near Chautauqua Park, paddleboarding at the Boulder Reservoir, or simply soaking up the sunshine on our very own resort-style pool deck!

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
Giving Back ❤️
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th , helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At RÊVE, donations will benefit Community Food Share, providing critical resources to families throughout Boulder CO. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.

🐾 Meet Our Adorable Pets of the Month: Rosalee and Sassy 🐾
Meet Rosalee and Sassy, the lovely dynamic duo taking the spotlight at RĚVE Boulder this month! Sassy completely earned her name from all the hilarious back-talk she gave her owners during her very first year after moving in. When she isn't busy sharing her strong opinions, she is a fierce hunter who absolutely loves to play with string. Her sister Rosalee (or Rosie for short) is the ultimate cuddle bug. She officially stole her human's heart from the exact moment she boldly welcomed herself right into their house. Together, these two bring the perfect mix of attitude, affection, and charm to our community!
