Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!
December Resident Events
December 6th - Pet Ornament Making!
Get ready for some PAW-sitively messy fun! 🐾 Bring your furry artist to the Community Lounge on Saturday, December 6th, 11:am-2:pm pm for our Pet Ornament Decorating Event! We're making masterpieces using a fun, pet-friendly method! Treats will be provided to inspire, and humans are welcome to paint as well
December 8th - Hot Cocoa Bar
Stop by the Community Lounge on Monday, December 8th, 12-4 pm for our Pop-Up Hot Cocoa Bar! We'll have every delicious topping imaginable: marshmallows, whipped cream, peppermint, chocolate shavings, and more!
December 11th - 1920's Holiday Casino Night!
Put on the Ritz and get ready to Roar! 🍾
You are cordially invited to RÊVE's biggest event of the year: our Roaring 1920s Holiday Casino Night on Thursday, December 11th, 5:30 pm-8:00 pm
Dust off your flapper dresses and sharpest suits for an evening of festive glamour, high-stakes fun, and custom cocktails from our private bartender. It’s going to be the bee's knees!
December 14th - Yoga In The Gym
Unwind with us! Yoga in the Gym will be held on Sunday, December 14th, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
December 1-31st - Deck The Doors! 🔔
Our Deck the Doors Wreath Decorating Contest runs all month long! Grab your tinsel and bows—it's time to make your front door shine. A festive prize awaits the winning decorator!

“The Reve is definitely 5-star with so many high quality amenities and its amazing views. We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. The management is really friendly and always working to make sure the residents are happy. They have resident events every month that are a fun way to meet people. We were lucky enough to attend the Oktoberfest and they really went all out. I would absolutely recommend the Reve if you want resort style amenities in a safe, secure apartment”

WinterFest at Chautauqua
🏔️ Tis the Season
Get ready to experience the magic of the holidays nestled against Boulder's iconic Flatirons! WinterFest at Chautauqua transforms the historic park into a twinkling wonderland on Friday, December 12th (evening activities, including the Tree Lighting/Cottage Tours), and Saturday, December 13th (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM). This multi-day event features horse-drawn carriage rides, a Holiday Market for unique gifts, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus in their cottage, cookie decorating, and the enchanting Winter Fairy Forest. The event has both free and ticketed activities (Passes start around $36 for access to core activities), offering a picturesque, classic holiday experience for the whole family.

Annual North Coast Holiday Food Drive
A Season To Give 🎁
It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to feed local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!

Jackson
🐶 RÊVE Pet of the Month: Sweet Jackson
This is Jackson! He’s a rambunctious golden retriever who expertly weaponizes his good looks to get what he wants. Some of his favorite things include chomping on ice cubes fresh from the freezer, stretching out in the middle of the kitchen floor while his parents stumble over him as they cook, and happily wagging his tail so hard it nearly throws out his back. At the dog park, he flips out at the mere sight of a chuck-it. If you see him and his humans, Jeremiah & Sarah, around, say hi! He’s a friendly guy and would love to meet you… unless you’re a squirrel. 😤

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Joshua Rios, our newest Maintenance Technician, to the REVE team! We are all excited to have your expertise and positive energy on board.
