October has arrived, bringing crisp days and cozy community vibes. We love this time of year and are excited to do our part to keep Boulder beautiful. Our team is volunteering with the City of Boulder Forestry to assist with a tree thinning project, and we have additional seasonal events planned. We can’t wait to celebrate fall with you!
October Resident Events
October 1-31st - Pet Costume Contest
Got a pet with a killer costume? It's time for our Pet Costume Contest! Just email a photo of your pet in their Halloween best to the leasing office. The winner will receive bragging rights (and a great prize!), with the announcement scheduled for November 1st.
October 10th - Oktoberfest party
Get ready to raise a stein! Join us for an Oktoberfest party on Friday, October 10th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We'll have traditional German food, festive games, and, of course, plenty of beer. Prost!
October 15th & 29th - Community Yoga
Unwind with us on Wednesdays, 10/15 & 10/29 at 4:30 PM for Yoga at the fitness center
October 31st - Caramel Apple Bar
Join us on October 31st, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Building 1 Coffee Lounge for a fun Caramel Apple Bar! Customize your apple with toppings. Bring your sweet tooth!

This past month, we pressed pause and hit reset at RÊVE Boulder with the ultimate wellness combo: a hot sauna, a cold plunge, and plenty of good coffee. Boulder Roots Music Festival
Get ready to tap your feet and discover some amazing tunes! The Boulder Roots Music Festival is back to light up October from the 17th to the 19th. This thing is huge—we're talking over 400 local artists jamming on 10 stages all along the Pearl Street area. It's the perfect excuse to get out, grab a drink, and wander through the city's vibrant music scene. You never know what new favorite band you'll find!
