We are excited to announce that we are installing a Little Free Library in building 4 lobby. It's a resident participation leave-a-book, take-a-book program. Let’s keep the momentum going this month with good energy and all the little moments that make this community feel like home.

February 7th - Love Thru the Lens
Celebrate early with our Pre-Valentine’s Day event on Saturday, February 7th, from 10 AM to 1 PM in the Building 1 Coffee Lounge. Experience the magic of House of Aura with custom aura photography, shop unique gift ideas from local vendors, and sip on delicious handcrafted caffeine drinks from the Astro Coffee Van. It’s the perfect morning to discover your energy and treat yourself or a loved one!

“Let's face it, there are lots of place you can move to in Boulder and they run the full range, with plenty of great amenities (most of which you'll never use). For me, it was a priority to live in a community where I felt safe, the property was well maintained and it had the amenities that I would use, and the Reve checked all those boxes. But, what I realized after I moved in is that the most important detail, that likely gets overlooked, is the property's management.
I lived here for almost 3 years and I can tell you that not only is everyone in the office friendly and patient and helpful, but they really care. If I needed something fixed they were at my door very quickly. If there was an issue on the property, they were open and concerned and responsive. And that starts at the top and works it way down to everyone on the staff.
This is a great place to live and I can't recommend it highly enough.”

Live Well: Two Wheels, One Community

From 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the city will be buzzing with official breakfast stations offering free coffee, pastries, and camaraderie to help you fuel up for the day ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned winter commuter or a first-timer, it’s a wonderful way to support Boulder’s sustainability goals while kickstarting your morning with movement. Just remember to layer up, check your tire pressure, and enjoy the unique quiet of the winter trails.

This year’s North Coast Living annual food drive highlights what’s possible when our residents and teams come together with a shared purpose. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and relief for families in need. It remains one of the most meaningful and impactful initiatives we take part in each year.

Meet Copper, our February Pet of the Month !🐾
This distinguished lady is often spotted rocking her pearls and charming everyone she meets. While she may be 12 years young, Copper is still very much a pup at heart—always eager for new friends and extra love. Her favorite pastime? Soaking up “pets” (especially behind the ears), people-watching like a true socialite, and fitting in at least two cozy naps a day. And if you happen to have French fries nearby… well, let’s just say Copper is very interested. We’re completely smitten with this sweet, stylish girl and so lucky to have her as part of the RÊVE community
