Your TOTAL MONTHLY PRICE reflects our commitment to transparency and includes BASE RENT and all MANDATORY MONTHLY FEES AND CHARGES. It excludes variable or usagebased costs, optional services, and situational fees due at move-in or move-out. Such costs—including utilities and third-party services—may vary based on usage and provider rates. Base rent is aligned with current market conditions, and security deposits may vary based on screening results. Residents are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. All required tenant-rights disclosures will be provided during the application process.
 

Additional required charges include a one-time Application Fee of $41.00 per applicant (18+), and a one-time Administration Fee of $150.00 per unit, due upon second full month of occupancy. If applicable, a refundable Pet Deposit of $150.00 per unit will be charged, along with monthly Pet Rent of $35.00 per pet (maximum of two pets). An Annual Pet Screening Fee of $30.00 per pet applies, or $25.00 per pet when paid via ACH.
